1. What we provide
DlxAi.Ai is an automated marketing system offered as a subscription (Standard / Pro / Business, plus a long-term free plan). This site (dlxai.ai) does not sell courses or physical goods to visitors.
2. Site owners run their own business
When a customer builds a site with DlxAi.Ai, what they sell, how they take payment, how they ship and how they handle refunds is their own responsibility. We are not a party to any transaction between a site owner and their customers.
3. Content is for reference only
Our blog, help docs, case studies and AI support replies are for reference only and do not constitute legal, financial, tax or any other professional advice. For professional advice, please consult a licensed professional in the relevant field.
4. No guaranteed business results
How much traffic, how many leads and how many sales the system brings depends on the site owner's own product, effort and execution. We make no guarantees.
5. Third-party services
Third-party services the system connects to (such as Stripe, email providers, and AI model providers) are governed by their own terms. Their outages, changes or pricing adjustments are outside our control.
6. Features as actually provided
We try to describe features accurately; what applies is the functionality the system actually provides under the plan you choose. Features are updated continuously.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DlxAi.Ai is not liable for any indirect loss (including but not limited to lost profits, lost data or lost opportunities). Our direct liability is limited to the subscription fees you actually paid for the relevant period.
