This policy explains how the DlxAi automated marketing system (the "Service") collects, uses, and protects information.
1. Two Different Kinds of Data — Please Note the Difference
- Account data — the information you provide when you register for the Service. Controller: Louis Zhong (Louis Ai Studio).
- Business data — the customer lists, orders, content, and other data you accumulate on your own site. Controller: you (we merely process it on your behalf).
2. What We Collect
Account data: email address, name, sign-in method, and payment records (card details are processed by Stripe; we do not store card numbers). Usage data: access logs, IP address, device and browser information, and feature usage — used to keep the Service secure, diagnose issues, and improve the product. Business data: data you enter yourself, or that your visitors submit, stored in your site's own dedicated database. AI Supers App data: the chat messages, files, and voice messages you send in AI Supers App are stored within the Service (on Cloudflare), and are visible only to members of your AI Supers App (see Section 3 for automated safety checks). Voice-to-text and message translation: either use your own AI key (processed by the AI provider you chose), or use a top-up pack (processed by our AI service, charged per use).
3. How We Use It
- To provide and maintain the Service;
- Account security and risk control (abnormal logins, attack prevention);
- Billing and usage statistics;
- Product and service notices (important changes, expiration reminders);
- With your consent, sending product marketing messages, which you may unsubscribe from at any time.
Automated safety checks: To protect the platform and our users, we use automated systems to check content and activity in AI Supers App for safety; if content that violates applicable laws or these Terms is found, we may restrict related features, suspend the account, and report to the relevant authorities where required by law.
We will never sell any of your data, and we will never use your business data to train models.
4. Who We Share It With
Only with infrastructure and tooling providers necessary to deliver the Service, such as:
- Cloudflare (hosting, CDN, database, storage)
- Stripe (payment processing)
- Email sending providers
They may process data only to the extent needed to provide services to us. We may also be required to disclose data where legally compelled, in which case we will tell you to the extent the law allows.
5. Data Storage and Retention
Data is stored on Cloudflare's global infrastructure. After you close your account, we will delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable period, except where the law requires retention (such as transaction records).
6. Your Rights
You may at any time:
- Access and correct your account information;
- Export all of your business data;
- Request deletion of your account and data;
- Unsubscribe from marketing emails (every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom).

7. Cookies
We use only essential cookies (to maintain your login session and for security) and aggregated on-site visit statistics, and do not use third-party analytics or advertising tracking cookies. See the Cookie Policy for details.
8. Children
The Service is intended for businesses and operators, not for children under 14, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
