The AI chat button and chat window in the corner of your website can get a different avatar and a different position.
Change the AI avatar
- New sites get one picked at random. To change it: in the admin, open the "AI chat knowledge base" page and use "Chat widget look" at the top — click a preset avatar and it's done, or click "Upload your own" (PNG / JPG / WebP, up to 2MB, square works best).
- Don't want an avatar: click "No avatar, show the site logo".
- Or just tell your AI: "switch the chat avatar to number 3" or "use this picture as the chat avatar".
- The avatar shows at the top of the chat window and next to every AI reply; if you've connected the AI workbench, "AI 客服" in visitor conversations there uses it too.
Change the position
- Under "Window position", pick bottom-right or bottom-left. If the bottom-left corner already has another button (a menu, say), keep it on the right so nothing gets covered.
- "Distance from bottom" takes a number of pixels (0–400); leave it empty for the default. Raise it if a sticky bar at the bottom covers the button.
- Telling your AI "put the chat button bottom-left, 100 from the bottom" works too.
Refresh your site to see the change.
