When commission becomes available
- When a friend signs up for a dlxai.ai paid plan through your link: we keep 40% of the original price and the rest is yours — 60% with no discount, 40% of the original price during the beta 20%-off period (e.g. Pro lists at $49.7: beta payment $39.76 → you get $19.88; after the beta, $49.7 → you get $29.82). Orders that used a discount code earn no commission
- For the AI Team Workspace annual plan you earn 10%
- As long as they keep paying, you keep earning — no cap on renewals; annual plans are paid out monthly over 12 months, monthly plans each time they pay
- Upgrade differences are calculated with the same formula on what they pay extra; a downgrade credit goes to their next bill, and your commission on that bill shrinks accordingly
- The first payment becomes "Available" after 30 days, each later one after 14 days — as long as there is no refund
- If they refund or stop renewing, the months not yet paid out stop; amounts already paid are taken back (partial refunds proportionally)
Two ways to use it
- Subscription credit (default): available commission is kept and can pay for your own dlxai.ai subscription (from the referral section of your dlxai.ai account page) — your next invoice is reduced by that amount
- PayPal payout: once you have $50 available (amounts already used as credit don't count), click "Request payout". The platform checks it and sends the money to your PayPal manually; this page then shows "Paid" and the payout date
Setting your PayPal email
Under "Payouts", click "Add / Change". Changing where you get paid requires the 6-digit code from Google Authenticator (or a backup code); if you haven't turned on two-step verification yet, do that first under "Account security".
- A payout uses the email you had when you requested it; changing it afterwards doesn't affect that request
- Only one payout can be waiting at a time; until it is paid you can withdraw it yourself and the commission goes back to available
Tax form before your first payout
The IRS requires it: if you're a US tax resident fill in W-9, otherwise W-8BEN — click "Fill in tax form" under "Payouts". We only keep it on file; we don't file taxes for you.
- The whole form is stored encrypted; the page only shows the form type, the last digits of your tax ID and the signing date, and AI can't read it
- Submitting a tax form requires a Google Authenticator code, just like changing your payout account
- A W-8BEN expires at the end of the third year after signing (e.g. signed in 2026 → valid until December 31, 2029); after that, submit a new one. A W-9 doesn't expire
Commission details
Each commission shows the customer (email masked), amount, payment date, available date, status (Pending / Available / Withdrawal requested / Paid / Reversed) and payout date.
What if a customer refunds while my payout is waiting?
That payout request is withdrawn automatically, the refunded commission is taken back, the rest returns to available, and you can request again.
Can my AI request payouts or change my PayPal email?
No. Changing payout details and requesting payouts can only be done by you on this page. A site owner's AI can read their own site's affiliate commissions with list_affiliate_commissions and pending payout requests with list_affiliate_payout_requests (read-only).
