Connect Your Website with Zhipu (ZCode)

We haven't found a way to connect admin directly inside Zhipu Qingyan (ChatGLM); use Zhipu's coding tool ZCode instead. Per the official docs.

We haven't found a way to connect admin directly inside Zhipu Qingyan (web / app), so please use Zhipu's coding tool, ZCode, instead.

The steps below follow Zhipu's official documentation — we haven't tested this ourselves yet. If it doesn't work, click Report a bug in admin to let us know.

Generate a key under Advanced settings in admin's AI Access → API
Open ZCode → 「设置 → MCP 服务器 → 新建 MCP 服务器」(Settings → MCP Servers → New MCP Server)
Set the type to HTTP, and enter your website's AI connection address (technically called MCP) https://your-site/mcp as the server address
Expand 「请求头（可选）」(Request headers (optional)) and add a row: name Authorization, value Bearer YOUR_KEY
Save, then go back to the chat and say what you want done

You can also skip the key: leave step 4 blank, save, then click 「打开授权」(Open authorization), sign in to your website in the browser that opens, and click Allow.
