Cross-border e-commerce

Social commerce

On cross-border e-commerce sites: sync products to TikTok Shop and Instagram Shopping (test mode for now), and give creators their own link, coupon and commission through your affiliate program.

On this page
This is a cross-border e-commerce feature (admin: Cross-border → Cross-border e-commerce → Social commerce).

Product sync

  • Turn channels on with set_ecom_social_settings (tiktokShopEnabled / instagramEnabled); read back with get_ecom_social_settings
  • sync_ecom_social_products (channel = tiktok_shop / instagram, optional productIds); unchanged products aren't pushed again; results in list_ecom_social_sync
  • Test mode for now: nothing is listed for real until platform partner approval; your workflow stays the same afterwards
  • Instagram Shopping reads the Meta catalog: you can already add the meta.csv feed URL (get_ecom_product_feeds) as a Commerce Manager data source

Creators (built on your affiliate program)

  • Create the creator as an affiliate with upsert_affiliate (link ?ref=<slug>, referralCouponCode, commissionRateOnetime, status active)
  • Attach a creator profile with upsert_ecom_creator (platform / handle / followers / niche / country / status / sampleProductIds / notes)
  • list_ecom_creators shows sales from each creator in the last 30 days; commissions and payouts stay in the affiliate tools.
