Each order, or a proforma invoice without a site order, gets milestones: production, customs, shipped, delivered by default; you can define your own.

- Create milestones for PI-2026-0003: set_ship_nodes (default list unless you say otherwise)
- Customs is done: update_ship_node marks it done, with an optional note
- Shipped, bill of lading COSU1234567, tell the buyer: update_ship_node with trackingNumber and notifyBuyer. The email goes out in the buyer language and only through your own sending account
- What is still open: list_ship_nodes; one order: get_ship_nodes (with tracking timeline)
- Change the default list: set_ship_node_template / get_ship_node_template
Shipped with a tracking number feeds the tracking timeline and the order shipment record (no extra shipping email). Delivered marks the site order delivered and runs your delivered automations.
